The recipes are all made from real food, no packaged or processed food. The ingredients include, vegetables, fruits, meats, seafood, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, eggs. No GMO foods. Basically what is made in nature rather than what is made in a factory. We learn all about these foods inside. There is an abundance of options, you will be surprised how easy it is and how incredible you feel.

Absolutely! I am not a chef, so all my recipes are easy and uncomplicated. All ingredients whether you are in NZ or AU can be purchased at the farmers markets, butcher, green grocer, supermarket or fish shop. The ingredients are every day items. This is about un-complicating the way that you eat.
Yes, all the recipes are provided. Towards the end of the 8 weeks I teach you how to food prep and make it really easy to wing your own recipes. This is not just 8 weeks, I want you to have the joy and benefits that real food brings you forever so I empower you to create your own food in week 7 and 8 but I still provide you recipes in those weeks too.
